Charters, families and individuals are all welcome and free tuition can be given
to the inexperienced. There is a separate flush WC on board. Day, half day and evening trips can be arranged, day trips normally starting ay 8:30 but with prior agreement later starts can be arranged. Fishing is usually general marks, banks or reef up to six miles offshore, between St Aldhelm’s Head and Christchurch, subject to the the weather conditions and preferences of the guests. Rods, tackle and bait can be supplied by prior arrangement with the skipper. Departure points are from Poole Quay, by arrangement, either from: 1. Custom House steps, adjacent the ‘Sea Music’ monument. 2. The steps by the old lifeboat hut at the eastern end of the quay, opposite the ‘Thistle Hotel’ If the weather looks changeable bring waterproof clothing. Suitable footwear, with non-slip soles, should be worn. Safety is of primary concern of the skipper and depending upon the weather, trips may have to be cancelled. Should a trip be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, your deposit will be refunded or an alternative date arranged. |
